Building work carried out prior to building a kitchen in Jersey
The roof rafters were rotten and could not hold the extended span once the dividing wall was knocked down, so the whole roof was replaced, strengthened to take three Velux Roof Windows.

Installation of a New kitchen, designed with the customer to her requirments and delivered from England.
The wooden section of the floor was replaced and the concrete floor "tanked" to stop ingress of damp from outside as it was below ground level.
The walls were lined with insulated foam backed plasterboard and plastered to aid heat retention as the wall is of single block construction.
New electrical supply and wiring was installed.
 

Previous bathroom was tiny, so was relocated to the unused hallway.
The UPVC double door was replaced with a wall and new window,
Walls drylined in insulated plasterboard, false ceiling and fully tiled.
Plumbing includes a macerator under the floor, which allows the fitting of a bathroom anywhere in a house regardless of the originally designed plumbing.
